Mike works one-on-one with our guests, creating customized exercise programs for a wide variety of fitness levels and movement goals. He also hires, trains, and mentors our team of Exercise Physiologists, and develops programming for the department.

Canyon Ranch group rates are definitely competitive and provide a 30% discount on their offered published rates.

The following rates will include:

An exclusive $200 nightly resort credit to be used toward spa, outdoor sports or health and performance
RebuildU’s orchestration and experience working with Canyon Ranch to make your stay the best ever.
A customized curated RebuildU “Wellness for 2024” activities created privately for our guests. A few of the RebuildU only activities will include:

Registration Completion: $500.00
June 15, 2024: 50% of the total due
August 18, 2024: Remaining total balance

Cancellations must be submitted to the RebuildU Concierge Team at least 45 days prior to your scheduled arrival to be eligible for a refund. Cancellations received past the 45-day mark will result in a cancellation fee. Any additional charges made when you are in Tucson will be charged at the end of your stay

AIRFARE

All RebuildU attendees are responsible to book their own airfare. Once your flights are booked, please share your air itinerary with our team in order to effectively arrange roundtrip airport transportation. Please inform us immediately if you are unable to attend the program. If you have arranged for pre or post extensions and cannot attend, you will be responsible for any cancellation penalties incurred.

GENERAL ATTIRE

For all RebuildU events, active attire is appropriate. Please dress comfortably, yoga pants are acceptable even for all meals. They just ask that robes are not worn in public areas other than the spa. We invite you to lighten your load and leave the fancy attire at home! Remember to bring a light jacket or sweater for early mornings and evenings and any unpredictable weather.

WHAT DO I DO IF I AM UNABLE TO ATTEND?

Please notify us immediately if you are unable to attend the RebuildU Retreat. The full cost amount would have already been charged to your credit card prior to your arrival.

IF I AM UNABLE TO ATTEND, CAN SOMEONE ELSE GO IN MY PLACE?

Yes, we are able to change names at any point prior to checking in to Canyon Ranch.

ARE YOU GETTING A REGISTRATION ERROR?

TRAVEL AND EXPENSES

WILL I NEED TO PROVIDE A CREDIT CARD WHEN I CHECK INTO MY HOTEL?

Yes, all attendees will need to provide a credit card for incidentals.

Note: All incidentals will be at your own expense. Incidental expenses would include gift store purchases, extra spa treatments and any other additional appointments booked with various providers.

CAN I EXTEND MY STAY?

Yes, post program extensions are available at an additional cost. Extensions are subject to availability and will be confirmed by the RebuildU Concierge Team.

I WOULD LIKE TO EXTEND MY STAY AT A DIFFERENT HOTEL, WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS?

Please contact the RebuildU Concierge Team if you wish to extend your stay at a different hotel and we can help assist you with your arrangements. You are responsible to book your own transportation if you are extending your trip pre or post program at a different hotel. Transportation to/from Canyon Ranch will only be provided from/to the airport.

WILL GROUND TRANSPORTATION BE PROVIDED UPON ARRIVAL, FROM ALL AIRPORTS TO CANYON RANCH TUCSON?

If you are flying into the Tucson International Airport, transportation to Canyon Ranch will be provided. Please proceed to the baggage claim area, where you will be greeted by a Canyon Ranch Staff Member holding a RebuildU sign. They will assist you with your luggage and escort you to your transportation. Your transfer from the Tucson International Airport to Canyon Ranch will take approximately 40 minutes.

Note: You are responsible for your own transportation from your home to your local airport.

If you are flying into Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, transportation to Canyon Ranch is not provided, however, we are more than happy to arrange for transportation upon request at your own expense. This transfer is approximately 2 hours. Depending on the cost of your flight and number of people in your group, it could be advantageous to rent a car. There is plenty of parking at Canyon Ranch provided complimentary.

WHAT COSTS WILL NOT BE COVERED DURING MY TIME IN CANYON RANCH TUCSON?

Any personal expenses incurred will be at your own expense. The hotel will maintain a separate account for your personal incidentals. These types of expenses include gift store purchases, extra spa treatments and any other additional appointments booked with various providers.

ARE THERE OTHER ACTIVITIES OTHER THAN THE ONES SCHEDULED DAILY BY CANYON RANCH?

AM I ALLOWED TO BRING A GUEST?

Yes, the more the merrier! We would like to extend the invitation to anyone and everyone who could benefit from the RebuildU Retreat. You will have an option to book a Single or Double Registration. There is a slight discount per night for double occupancy.

ARE CHILDREN PERMITTED TO ATTEND?

No, children are not permitted to attend this event. RebuildU is an adult-only retreat designed to enhance your well-being. Please take this opportunity to focus on a healthier and happier you.
