Jenna Starkey is a Bay Area-based ICF-certified life and career coach, healer, and facilitator with a holistic approach to transformation and a love for helping people feel alive and unstuck. She specializes in supporting heart-centered men and women to discover fulfillment in their work and personal lives, with 9 years of experience. She has a background in human-centered communications and a lifelong passion for embodied values-based personal and leadership development. She is a certified Integrative Enneagram teacher, yoga teacher, and breathwork facilitator, and is currently completing her Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program with Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield.

Helena has a passion for working with clients experiencing chronic stress and focuses on the intersection of gut health, chronic inflammation, sleep patterns, and hormonal equilibrium. She helps people experiencing stress avoid burnout and reduce the risk of development/progression of chronic disease. As a holistic, trauma-informed therapist, Ayurvedic Health Counselor, & SoulCollage® Facilitator, Leandra helps inquisitive women accept themselves fully, connect to their intuition, soothe the nervous system, heal early wounds, and practice self compassion. She draws from Hakomi mindfulness-centered somatic psychotherapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Art Therapy, as well as yoga, breathwork, meditation, and other subtle energy practices.
