Join us for our monthly wellness events held in the serene surroundings of Sonoma, CA! Experience a retreat-style day designed to nourish your mind, body, and spirit. Guests will have the opportunity to learn from a diverse array of experts in the health and wellness industry, and participate in immersive experiences and activities designed to promote relaxation, rejuvenation, and personal growth. Each event will also include delicious and nutritious food, carefully curated by a local chef.

Jenna Starkey is a Bay Area-based ICF-certified life and career coach, healer, and facilitator with a holistic approach to transformation and a love for helping people feel alive and unstuck. She specializes in supporting heart-centered men and women to discover fulfillment in their work and personal lives, with 9 years of experience. She has a background in human-centered communications and a lifelong passion for embodied values-based personal and leadership development. She is a certified Integrative Enneagram teacher, yoga teacher, and breathwork facilitator, and is currently completing her Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program with Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield.

Helena Fowler is Clinical Nutritionist and hormonal health doula specializing in stress with a practice grounded in Functional Medicine and Ayurveda; she is a doctoral candidate completing her Doctor of Clinical Nutrition (completion in Sept 2024).


Helena has a passion for working with clients experiencing chronic stress and focuses on the intersection of gut health, chronic inflammation, sleep patterns, and hormonal equilibrium. She helps people experiencing stress avoid burnout and reduce the risk of development/progression of chronic disease. She’s passionate about helping people find their personal, unique balance and feel empowered to become their most balanced self (inside and out).

Mike Krause is the Chief Coaching and Consulting Officer with Global Bound LLC, working with nonprofit leaders, their talent, and boards to harness mental performance hurdles in order to enhance psychological wellbeing in-and-out of the workplace. Global Bound’s approach emphasizes the importance of understanding our wellbeing indicators and the foundational needs necessary to cultivate an engaging and thriving life. Mike works with leaders to craft and implement tailored solutions for themselves, their organizations and their workplace culture.

As a holistic, trauma-informed therapist, Ayurvedic Health Counselor, & SoulCollage® Facilitator, Leandra helps inquisitive women accept themselves fully, connect to their intuition, soothe the nervous system, heal early wounds, and practice self compassion. She draws from Hakomi mindfulness-centered somatic psychotherapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Art Therapy, as well as yoga, breathwork, meditation, and other subtle energy practices.
